I am a Registered Social Service Worker living in Canada. I have been in dialogue with a lot of Black Transgenders who are in need of transition medications as also Transition surgeries and they have no one to help them especially those who are living in the Caribbean. So far, I have been giving them money from my pocket now I have reached my limit and I can't afford it anymore and at the same time I don't want to let them down. I have recently Registered my business KHATI: Kevin Help A Trans Initiative and would like some donations big or small. We appreciate them all. Please help me help them. We are human beings too and we just need to align our bodies with our brains. It's a continuous internal struggle feeling like one gender yet looking like another.
