You're done peeing and the bladder feels empty. You even shake your penis to get out any last bit of urine before you pull up your underwear. Yet, for some reason, a little bit of urine still dribbles out a few seconds later. If this has happened to you or happens to you on a regular basis, you’re not alone. PMD / PVD In fact, there’s a medical term for this, called post-micturition dribbling (PMD) or post void dribbling (PVD). It tends to be more common as men age, especially older men because the muscles surrounding the urethra — the long tube in the penis that allows urine to pass out of the body — don't squeeze as hard as they once did. Basically, the muscle is getting weaker. This leaves a small pool of urine at a dip in the urethra behind the base of the penis. And usually in less than a minute after finishing, this extra urine dribbles out. Cause #1 - Weaker Muscles Thus, one of the causes is due to weaker muscles, which I’ll give you a simple exercise you can do anywhere you want, anytime you want that will help strengthen this area and as a side bonus, give you better and harder erections. I’ll tell you about it in a minute… Cause #2 - PBH The other cause of this can be due to prostate problems or prostate growth. More specifically, called BPH - which stands for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia. This is when the prostate grows in size - hence, the name “Hyperplasia”. However, it’s not necessarily a tumor or cancer, hence the term “benign” Nevertheless, due to aging and mainly hormonal imbalances - your prostate gland enlarges and can partially block the flow of urine out of the bladder, which will then cause excess dribbling after you're done urinating. The bad news is that if this isn’t dealt with, it can lead to prostate cancer. Of course, you need to speak to your doctor, do a prostate exam and blood tests checking hormones and PSA levels. However, the good news is that you can easily and naturally shrink the sizes of your prostate to healthy and youthful levels simply by optimizing your hormones - which I’ll get to in a minute. Primary Cause Remember - weaker muscles and prostate growth are both due to hormonal imbalances. Mainly a decrease in testosterone, which an increase in DHT, female and stress hormones. And I’ve done many videos about improving your hormones at any age and I’ve listed links below this video, in the description area. Solution #1 Okay, so let’s talk about the solutions. The first one is to simply wait about a minute after you’re done peeing and let the extra urine naturally come out. You can speed up the process by “milking out” the last few drops by putting your fingers behind your scrotum and gently press or push forward, to get the remaining pee out. Solution #2 The next thing you want to do is strengthen the muscles around the pelvic area and to do this, you will do kegels. Kegels will also help improve your erection strength, so it’s a double bonus. Solution #3 The most effective and important solution is to improve your hormones, as I stated earlier. It’ll improve this problem, prostate growth, erections, muscle mass, fat loss, energy, mood and so on and so forth. ============== Thank you for watching.
