Chicken salad
On today’s menu is chicken salad
In this video, I’ll be showing you two major ways I make and serve chicken salad. Anyone can make and enjoy chicken salad, because it would serve as a complete meal for someone on a weight loss journey, as well as make a healthy side dish to other meals like rice and pasta.
List of Ingredients:
Recipe 1
2 chicken breasts (about 400g)
A head of lettuce
A small avocado
1 lemon
6 firm cherry tomatoes
Recipe 2
Grilled Chicken breast
Baby leaves
2 eggs scrambled with tomatoes and kale
Marinade Spices:
Ginger
Garlic
Paprika powder
Onion powder
Curry powder
Thyme
Black pepper
Salt
1 tbs veg oil/ olive oil
Dressing:
Mayonnaise
Or
A mix of olive oil, minced garlic, black pepper, salt and lemon juice
The last dressing is considered the healthier alternative 👍
Finally I encourage you to switch your vegetables up at will, like introduce some cucumber, carrots, if you wish😊
