Weekly average bodyweight 70.2kg (155lb). Took some things from RTS Emerging Strategies to make a press-focused program. Commenting on what I'm working on, what's working and what's not in training at the moment. Hope everyone else is training hard and smart. Webcam footage (bad quality).
