પાણીપૂરી એવી વાનગી છે જે નાના મોટા સૌ ને પસંદ હોય છે અને સ્વાદ તો એટલો લાજવાબ હોય છે કે તેનું નામ સાંભળતા જ સૌ કોઈ ના મોંમાં પાણી આવી જાય છે. આપણે આ પુરી ને રવા માંથી બનતી હોવાથી પચવા મા પણ સરળ હોય છે. આ પૂરી ખૂબ જ ઓછી સામગ્રી માથી બની જાય છે અને ઘરે આપણે પોતેજ બનાવીએ છીએ તો ફ્રેશ અને હાઇજીનીક તો ખરીજ ને. પાણીપૂરી ને હલ્કા ફૂલકા નાસ્તા તરીકે ઉપયોગ કરી શકાય અને પેટ ભરીને જમવામાં પણ ચાલે છે. યુટ્યુબ પર પહેલી વાર અલગ જ રીતે બજાર જેવી જ ફૂલેલી અને ક્રિસ્પી પાણીપૂરી ની પૂરી બનાવશુતો જોઈએ પાણીપૂરી માટે ની સામગ્રી ( અંદાજે 200 પુરી માટે ) રવો - ૩ વાટકી (૩ કપ) મેંદાનો લોટ - ૧ વાટકો (૧ કપ) તેલ - મોણ માટે ૬ ચમચી Panipuri is one of the food item which is loved by youngers and elders uniformly and also it has marvelous taste so even it's name will make our mouth dripping with water. We will be making this Puri with Semolina which is very good in digestion. Making this Puri's won't need much ingredients and the ones we need will be available at your kitchen most of the time. As we are making it at our home, it will be much fresher as well as hygienic compared to the ones that are bought from the stores. First time on YouTube we'll be making Panipuri's Puri in a new way, more crispier as well as Puffed.
