Heeeeyyyy!!! guys, i'm so exited for my first what i eat in a day.
I've always said eating healthy is a lifestyle that I subscribe too so it is important for me to get as much nutrition and antioxidants out of my meals as possible. This way I feel strong, fit, and balanced, especially during summer.
When i started my fitness journey a few months ago, i ignored one important thing, and that is diet. I exercised a lot but wasn't seeing a change and that was really frustuating until i had to pay attention to what i put in my body.
I switch up my meals and i will be sharing more meal plans for you that you can follow.
I explained everything besides how i prepared my Egg plants,
Start with oil, i use extra virgin olive oil
Add sliced onions, after like one minute
Add chopped eggplants
Cook them in oil until soft and ready
Add tomatoes and carrots, cook for a while
Add spices that i showed in the video and salt
Add little water
And serve it with rice
I had mine with brown rice, avocado and cucumber.
