Start from a quadruped position (hands on your DBs and knees on the ground). Lift your knees off the ground a few inches. You should be on your toes and hands. Focus on moving deliberately. Speed is not required. Brace your abs and keep them tight throughout the entire motion. Your torso position should not move much. If you are rocking and twisting, you are not bracing enough and/or moving too fast. Squeeze the shoulder blade and pull the weight up towards the bottom of the rib cage. Do not twist to move the weight. Complete all of your desired reps then switch to the other side. Don’t forget to SUBSCRIBE to the channel and give the video a thumbs up.
