Facebook Page - https://www.facebook.com/maayehkaisekarun Masala Kitchen Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/masalakitchen_recipe/ Recent Upload:- /watch/o9dMta8zTPezM #BedaiAlooKiSabji #DalKiPoori #BedmiAlooRecipeByMasalaKitchen आज मसाला किचन मे बन रही है टेस्टी दाल की बेड़मी व आलू की सब्ज़ी | भंडारे वाली आलू की सब्ज़ी, पूरी बनाने का आसान तरीका | हलवाई जैसी बड़ई आलू सब्ज़ी की रेसिपी, दाल की पूड़ी, आलू की सब्ज़ी बनाने का आसान तरीका | सबसे आसान आलू पूड़ी/नाश्ता रेसिपी/बाजार जैसी आलू की सब्ज़ी | दाल की कचौरी/दाल की पूरी व सब्ज़ी को शेयर करना न भूले| मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी INGREDIENTS: For Bedami: * Urad Dal(उड़द दाल) - 1/2 Bowl * Moong Dal(मूंग दाल) - 2-3 Spoons * Ginger(अदरक) * Green Chilli(हरी मिर्च) * Fennel Seeds(सौंफ) - 2-3 Spoons * Black Pepper(काली मिर्च) - 20-25 * Chilli Flakes(चिली फ्लेक्स) * Coriander Seeds(सूखा साबुत धनिया) * Dried Fenugreek Leaves(कसूरी मेथी) * Salt(नमक) - As per taste * Asafoetida Powder(हींग) - Some * Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) * Dried Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर) * Oil(तेल) - 1/2 Tsp * Gram Flour(बेसन) - 1 Spoon * Oil(तेल) - For frying For Dough: * Wheat Flour(गेहू का आटा) - 1 Bowl * White Flour/Maida(मैदा) - 1/4 Bowl * Semolina(सूजी/रवा) - 1/4 Bowl * Refined Oil(रिफाइंड तेल) - 2 Tsp * Dried Fenugreek Leaves(कसूरी मेथी) * Salt(नमक) - As per taste * Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some * Water(पानी) - As required * Oil(तेल) - Some For Paste: * Mint Leaves(पुदीने की पत्तियां) * Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) * Ginger(अदरक) * Green Chilli(हरी मिर्च) * Oil(तेल) - Some For Sabji: * Mustard Oil(सरसों का तेल) - 2 Tsp * Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 Tsp * Clove(लौंग) * Dried Fenugreek Leaves(कसूरी मेथी) * Bay leaf(तेज पत्ता) - 1 * Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) * Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) * Green Paste(पेस्ट) * Asafoetida Water(हींग का पानी) * Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 2 Tsp * Salt(नमक) - As per taste * Roasted Cumin Powder(भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1 Tsp * Garam Masala(गरम मसाला) - 1 Tsp * Black Salt(काला नमक) * Potato(उबला आलू) - 3, Boiled * Wate(पानी) - As required * Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर) * Black Pepper Powder(काली मिर्च पाउडर) * Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) RECIPE: For Filling/Masala, take some Urad Dal, Moong Dal and soak them. In a mixer jar, put soaked Urad Dal, Moong Dal, some pieces of ginger, some chopped Green Chilli, Fennel Seeds, Black Pepper Seeds, Chilli Flakes, Coriander Seeds, Dried Fenugreek Leaves, Salt, Hing Powder, Turmeric Powder, Dried Mango Powder. Coarsely grind all the spices. Keep the pan on the flame, put some Oil and put coarsely ground masala, Gram Flour and roast it well for 3-4 minutes on a slow flame. Then take it out in a bowl and keep it to cool down. For Bedmi, in a bowl, put some Wheat Flour, White Flour/Maida, Semolina, Refined Oil, Fenugreek Leaves, Salt to taste, Red Chilli Powder. Mix them well and bind the semi-dry dough using Water. Ally some Oil on it, cover and keep it for 10 minutes. Then knead the dough again and make dough balls. Then roll out the balls and keep them. Then fill the filling and roll them again. Fry them in medium-heated Oil and make them crispy. For Paste, in a mixer jar, put Mints Leaves, Coriander Leaves, Ginger, Green Chilli, some Water and grind them all and make a paste. For Sabji, keep the pan for heating, put some Oil, Cumin Seeds, Clove, Dried Fenugreek Leaves, Bay Leaf, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Green Paste and mix it well. Then put some Asafoetida Water/Hing Water, Coriander Powder, Salt to taste, Roasted Cumin Powder, Garam Masala, Black Salt, Boiled and roughly chopped Potato, Water. Mix it well and cover it & cook it on a slow flame for 8 minutes. Then put Dried Mango Powder, Black Pepper Powder and cook it for some time. Garnish with Coriander Leaves. Serve the tasty Bedai Aloo and enjoy it.
