Or have a late lunch and id="hidden3" class="buttons"> no dinner. But Breakfast is key. Doesn't have to be the greats of bacon sausage etc. Oatmeal and strawberries and bananas are a great substitute. Just throwing it out there. Enjoy your vids. ....وسعت

Eating 1 maybe 2 meals a day and it didn’t matter what I ate. I’m 6’2 and I was at the time 215 lbs. after only 6 months I’m now at 175 lbs. fasting does work, it’s a real thing. My only recommendation is work out a little along with this, in under one year you’ll be more fit than you’ve ever been. Hope this helps somebody. ....وسعت
