2 cans of sardines in tomato sauce
1 piece carrot, finely chopped
1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons onion leeks, finely chopped (or parsley/spring onions)
malunggay leaves (optional)
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (or breadcrumbs)
1 large egg
salt and pepper to taste
small lumpia wrappers
