FULL DAY OF EATING | HOW TO COOK HEALTHY | Rowan Row
I know that few of you been waiting for this video to be made for a long time so here it is. My full day of eating routine and not only that.. in this video you can also learn how to cook few healthy meals that are part of my daily eating routine.
As mentioned in the video I NEVER count any macros I just tend to stick on a healthy eating routine on a daily basis. Of course few deserts now and then why not :P

Meals/Snacks:
Breakfast:
Porridge made with coconut milk, peanut butter, blueberries, raspberries, flaxseed, coconut flakes and honey.
1 x coffee no sugar
1 x glass water with lemon and cucumber (great for skin)
Lunch:
Chicken breast, sweet potato, broccoli, avocado salad made with spinach and cherry tomatoes.
Dinner:
Salmon cooked in the oven, coconut rice and green beans.
Snacks between meals:
I usually have protein shakes, protein bars, granola with yoghurt, fruits, nuts, etc.
