I hope you enjoy this recipe for my tasty Jerk Prawn and Spinach Pasta. I'm not sure why it also has the name rasta pasta.
Make sure you get raw prawns, these ones were from Aldi, I used 2 bags and they worked well for this recipe. Your spinach also needs to be washed then dried really well!
The Boursin was a last-minute choice to add in but it really brings the dish together!
Ingredients:
Penne pasta
125g Washed and dried Spinach
500g Prawns
284ml Double Cream
1/4 Boursin Cheese
1/2 Yellow Pepper
1/2 Red Pepper
1 Red Onion
2 Teaspoons Chopped Garlic
1 Teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
2 Teaspoon Jerk Seasoning
1 Teaspoon Fish Seasoning
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
