Fascial Release techniques help improve joint range of mobility and decrease overall effects of stress on the body. When you combine this with the benefits of Diaphragmatic Release you can improve Neuromuscular Efficiency and blood flow throughout the Body. In Week 26 we follow the Deep Core Line and release with the Foam Roller, then follow the Breath with Movement, into Lunges, Squats and Roll Downs.
