HOW TO MEW PROPERLY? (PAANO BA MAG- MEW NG TAMA?). Ito yung madalas na tanong na maririnig nyo sa mga taong gustong sumubok o interesado na gawin ito TO CHANGE AND IMPROVE THEIR FACIAL STRUCTURE. Well, on this episode we will elaborate the 5 WAYS on HOW TO MEW PROPERLY na nakatulong sa akin na maimprove ang aking facial structure (teeth alignment and assymetrical face) na hindi ako nagundergo ng surgery o any dental appliance kundi ang pagme-mewing lang ng araw-araw. On my previous videos- (PAANO GUMANDA NG WALANG PERA? PART 1&2 MEWING RESULTS IN 5 MONTHS) my first months of mewing.... I shared my experience at yung mga paraan na ginawa ko sa pagmemew ng halos 5 buwan. Sa loob ng 5 buwan, may nakitaan na ko ng pagbabago sa mukha ko na lubha kong kinatuwa at kinagulat. I didn't expect na may makikita na kong pagbabago sa loob lamang ng maikling panahon datapwat, bagamat, at subalit sa aking edad! (hehehe!)🤣😆😂 That's why on this episode I will share you guys the proper/correct ways of mewing. Limang (5) paraan na dapat nating tandaan ng tamang pag eexercise nito upang makakuha ng magandang resulta. Tandaan lamang, na kasabay ng pagmemewing dapat din nating panatilihin ang tamang pagaalaga sa katawan tulad ng exercise and good body posture. If meron kayong improper or poor posture habit maaaring di nyo maaachieve yung resulta na inaasahan nyo. So, proper posture is also a must. Guys, ang result nito it varies ha! HIndi porket sakin, may nagbago na ng 5 buwan eh ganun din sa inyo, iba iba po ang experience ng tao kumporme po kung ito ba ay ginagawa mo ng tama, madalas o minsan lang. Sometimes it takes years para may makita kang pagbabago kaya tyaga-tyaga lang, anyway libre naman to eh! (wala ka namang babayaran) LOL! 😂😋🤣 This Mewing Exercise gives me hope and gain my self-confidence to improve my facial attributes without undergoing surgery that will cost me money.
