Sabu Dana Kabab Recipe -
Ingredients -
1 cup Sabudana (approx. 150 grams) (Waah and soak them in 1/2 cup water)
4 potatoes boiled (3 big and 1 small)
Ingredients for stuffing -
3 tblsps fresh coconut grated
1 tsp green chilli paste
1 tsp Ginger paste
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/4 tsp salt (or as per taste)
1 tsp powdered sugar
1/3 cup and 1 tblsp Farsan Sev (or gathiya ot papdi)
1 tsp lime juice
2-3 tblsps coriander leaves
1 tblsp peanut powder
Ingredients for Sabudana base -
1/2 tblsp green chilli paste
1/2 tblsp Ginger paste
1/2 tblsp + 1 tsp salt (or as per taste)
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
4 tblsps peanut powder
1 tblsp sugar powder
3-4 tblsps coriander leaves
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tblsp lime juice
2 tblsps cornflour (or Maida or arrarot flour)
1 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
Oil for frying
