Welcome to Functional Fitness and today I am going to take you through a full body couch tabata workout. Each exercises are done with 20 seconds On and 10 seconds Off. I will be performing exercises from all the three levels ie. beginner, intermediate and advanced. There are 6 exercises in each level which makes a total of 18 exercises. The exercises are as below:
Beginner
1. Box Squat
2. Incline Knee Push up
3. Hip Thrust
4. Plank
5. Step up
6. Triceps Dip
Intermediate
1. One Leg Squat (per side)
2. Push up Jack
3. Single Leg Hip Thrust (per side)
4. Plank Elbow to Straight Arm
5. Step up to reverse lunges
6. Triceps Dip to Toe Touch
Advanced
1. Box Squat Jump
2. Plyo Decline Push up
3. Elevated Single Leg Glute Bridge (per side)
4. Decline Plank Kick Through
5. Explosive Step up
6. Legs Elevated triceps Dip
