Equipment you will need:
1 steamer
1 frying pan. r />Ingredients you will need:
1 whole dory fillet
Oil
Egg
flour
Breadcrumbs
Salt
Pepper
Potatoes
Lemon
Step 1: Fry the whole dory fillet first
Step 2: Combine the egg, flour and breadcrumbs
Step 3: Fry the egg, flour and breadcrumbs mix and make it a sort of pancake.
Step4: Wrap the fried dory fillet in the egg/flour/bread crumbs pancake
Step 5: throw everything including the potato into the steamer and steam for 1 hour. Allow to simmer in the lemon juice.
Step 6: serve.
