Growing up we are told that we couldn't wear shirts in school that might show our bra straps because we would "distract boys from their school work", from a young age we were told that we couldn't wear what we wanted to wear because it would effect other people and how they look at us. That mindset changed who I was. Being sexualized and objectified is not your fault, you are not gross or dirty for being you, it is them that is in the wrong. Stand up. Be who you are.
