No-Bake Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake
If you like lotus Biscoff Cookies, you will love this cheesecake! It is very delicious, so even if you are not a fan of the biscoff, just give it a try it is totally worth it, and it is very easy to make and you don't need an oven as it is a no-bake recipe! I also added a personal touch to the recipe by adding a tablespoon of peanut butter, it goes perfectly with the taste of the biscoff cookies, but if you don't like peanut butter you don't have to use it as it is optional in the recipe!

Recipe:
*For the Crust:
230g of Biscoff Biscuits, about 25 units
90g Butter | 9 tbsp
*Cream Cheese Layer:
260g Lotus Biscoff Butter | 1 cup (keep the rest to garnish)
400g Cream Cheese | 1+ 3/4 Cup (in room temperature)
240 ml Heavy Cream | 1 Cup (very cold right out of the fridge)
70g Icing Sugar | 3/4 cup
*The Garnish:
Lotus Biscoff Butter
1tbsp Peanut Butter (optional)
Some Crushed Biscuits
