@slimeslayer7220منذ 3 سنوات just a quick tip, when doing your sound clips, instead of turning off the music, just make it quieter, that way it doesn't just seem like dead space. id="hidden3" class="buttons"> also, in between audio clips, you can hear you press the space bar or whatever you're clicking to stop recording. i would recommend recording each of the clips a few seconds longer that way it's easier to cut that sound. this isn't meant to be criticism, just some tips. ....وسعت 221

@TejasAutoSalonJasonWمنذ 3 سنوات One of the best tips I can offer when mounting LED strips is to put down a layer of aluminum foil tape before setting the strips down. It will make the id="hidden6" class="buttons"> leds stay cooler and have less to no chance of dead pixels. I learned this the hard way by having leds burn through the coating of several of my 1st DIY fixtures. ....وسعت 27

@willhately855منذ 3 سنوات Super awesome video! A thing you should try is this.run the strip and at the end, fold it and then ran the strip back down again, and then cut it( so id="hidden10" class="buttons"> it would appear as having two strips laid out in parallel but its just 1 strip) looks like you had plenty of left over to do this. This would have increased the brightness and increase the saturation of overall color. ....وسعت 5

@ryanokeefe12منذ 3 سنوات Just stagger the joints in the sheets next time (offset the first layer and the second layer by half a sheet).. that way if there's a slight gap, there will always be at least one sheet diffusing the light at that spot 22

@RyonMcCamishمنذ 3 سنوات Turned out real nice. Good work. Word of advice about the router table though, you really don't want to hog away that much material at those depths id="hidden12" class="buttons"> in a single pass. 1/8"-1/4" at a time doing multiple passes. Those bits can't handle the stress of that much wood being taking away. Just looking out for your safety. ....وسعت 12

@anyfoolknowthatقبل 5 أشهر CM— you nailed it with the stencil idea. 2 questions: how deep did you make the dados? And my blade’s kerf is a little wide—if I wanted to make the stencils sit more snug, what do you advise?

@billbb7149منذ 2 سنوات I tried Dozens of different ways to diffuse LED's. Your way looked super clean. The only modifications I did was 1) taped diffuser paper together (stays id="hidden18" class="buttons"> hidden in slot). 2) used reflective muffler tape instead of white paint. 3) Instead of wood ends, I cut out foam so the light can bleed out on top and bottom. 3) I used small black coffee straws and wedged them in the slot end to end, gives it a nice bordered clean look. 4)I removed the original wiring from LED's (tri-color) and bought black 3 in 1 wire, looks clean. Couldn't be happier with results. ....وسعت 2

@2DarkDreamsمنذ 3 سنوات Keep up the good work! Your videos are very inspirational. Using the stencil paper as a diffuser is pure genius. The link to the stencil paper is dead. id="hidden19" class="buttons"> It will probably have a different name in my country, so which paper did you use exactly? Hopefully i can translate it to something my local shop understands.
I'm always looking for new ways to diffuse leds. Beside the cheap led profiles from aliexpress, I found you can also use PVC pipe & those gulfy pipes you use for the dishwasher also give a cool lighting effect!

@poyziontv3520منذ 3 سنوات Found your video because i want to build a Stand for my vertical mounted graphics card and wanted to include LED Strips in a way you can‘t see the single dots of the LED‘s.
I think your second method will be the best for my project because i need a flat surface at the front. Only things i will change is that the stand will be out of acrylic with a black foil attached to each sind instead if the front, there i will so the same you did or i just glue the sheet to the front with some transparent glue because i don‘t have such maschines to do the cut so i could simply slide them in. Also i want it flat with the front and not like on yours that the side pieces are a bit longer.
Maybe i will give an update as soon as i‘m finished my project if you or other users are interested in it because i think there are other people out there trying to do the same thing because there are no stands available for many pc cases and if you have a heavy graphics card like RTX 3090 you definitely need a stand when mounting it vertically :)
