The jurors of the tribunal, includes lawyers and human rights experts. An ethnic Uzbek teacher from Xinjiang’s capital Urumqi, said she was made to wear shackles during hours-long classes and that she was also subjected to forced sterilisation. Sidik also said female prisoners were not only tortured but also raped, sometimes gang-raped. At least one million Uighur Muslims have been detained in the internment camps.
