Ingredients: Masala to grind
Cashews Roasted: 12-15
Daaliya: 2 tablespoon roasted
Khus khus: 1 1/2 tablespoon soaked in warm water for about 1/2 hour
Fresh or Dry coconut: 1/4 cup
Green Cardamon: 3-4
Pepper Corns: 8-10
Cloves : 3-4
Very small piece of star Anise ( optional)
Cumin Seeds: 1 teaspoon
Fennel Seeds: 2 teaspoon
Whole Coriander Seeds: 1 1/2 tablespoon
Ginger: 1-2 “
Garlic: 8-9
Fresh green chilies: 3-4 according to taste
Blend all the above ingredients
Onions chopped: 2 medium size
Tomatoes: 2 medium size
Curry leaves: 8-10
Red chili powder: 1 tablespoon
Turmeric: 1 tablespoon
Yogurt: 1/4 cup
Asafoetida: a pinch
Mixed vegetables of choice: 3 cups

Cauliflower: 1 cup
French Beans: 1/2 cup
Green peas: 1/2 cup
Carrots diced: 1 cup
Oil: 2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
