Lets not even mention Sissy from Tokon Matrimelee, Zero or Magaki lol
God Rugal on CvS2 is a joke when compared against real SNK made bosses. Omega Rugal from Dream Match 98 would Wreck God Rugal from CvS2 any day of the week. ....وسعت 9
