Veg Spring Roll by Golden Pinch of Kitchen
Ingredients used:
For Spring Roll Sheets:
All-Purpose Flour - 1 cup
Warm Water
Oil to brush
Little Flour to dust
For Stuffing:
Garlic - 1 tbsp
Spring Onion (whites) - 2 tbsp
Cabbage - 1 cup
Carrot - 1/3 cup
Beans - 1/4 cup
Soya Sauce - 1/2 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
Corn Starch - 1 tbsp and Little water
