Fitting the wrong Die - Causing the wrong effigy or missing legends or Dates Re-strike to a coin - Possible misalignment looks to be doubling Cleaning fluid - Over spill with the polish and causing milking on the coins Damaged coins - Being dropped and scratched Looking for different errors can be time consuming but also fun especially when they are worth much more than face value or even more with graded and and confirmed by the mint as they can be unique.
