(Visa/Passport/Ticket/Boarding Pass) 2nd:- Need To Do Legal Entry (Within 72 hrs) 3rd:- Finansca Paper 4th:- Junta( House Address) 5th:- Contract Paper(Work) 6th:- Social Paper(Tax Number) 7th:- Criminal Record (Police Report) 8th:- SEF entry Then wait for appointment of finguring after SEF entry.It will notify in your email/gmail. For your secure your monthly tax should be clear 33% of your income salary at least last 3 months of finguring booked date and need to make your tax decleartion and contract from your company or your relates work field. 1️⃣ What is legal entry in Portugal? ➡️For the entry into Portuguese territory, foreign nationals need to comply with the following conditions: Holder of a travel document valid for more than at least three months of the duration of the required stay. Holder of a visa valid and adequate for the purpose of the stay. 2️⃣What is NIF number (Finansca Number) ➡️The Portuguese NIF number is a tax identification number. The number is for tax purposes in Portugal; NIF numbers are necessary when paying taxes, making official purchases such as buying a property or carrying out other formal activities. The NIF number is issued by the Portugese tax authority prospective expats and entrepreneurs should sort it out as soon as possible if you’re planning on staying in Portugal, even if only for a short-term residency. The NIF number in Portugal is a nine-digit number unique to each individual. This number is on all correspondence between yourself and the Portuguese tax authority. You’ll also find it on tax cards and the citizen id card. 3️⃣What is Junta in Portugal ? ➡️The junta de freguesia is the executive body of a freguesia (civil parish), a subdivision of each municipality (município or concelho) of Portugal. The laws regulating the juntas de freguesia are Lei n.o 169/99, de 18 de Setembro and Lei n.o 5-A/2002 de 11 de Janeiro.Each junta has a President. A Junta de freguesia is a level lower than the Camara municiple. The leguislature equivalent of Junta de freguesia is the assembeleia de freguesia. 4️⃣What Is SEF Entry? ➡️The Portuguese Immigration and Borders Service (SEF) is a security service within the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MAI) that, in the context of internal security policy, is responsible for carrying out checks on persons at the borders, monitoring aliens inside national territory, preventing and fighting organized crime involving illegal immigration and trafficking in human beings, decide upon asylum applications, issuing passports and identification documents to foreign nationals, in order to safeguard internal security and individual rights and freedoms within the global context of the migratory phenomenon.
