    1. Sweet rice - can change - sweet poha
    2. Curd rice - use rice from earlier day which must be stored in normal room temperature by filling up the bowl of rice with water. This adds a zing of B12

    However in the start of the video it is mentioned that "Heavy breakfast" is necessary. In Ayurveda breakfast has to be light, because as we wake up our body system is also waking up. Our digestive system is not in full capacity in the morning. Hence it is not good to have very heavy breakfast. Digestive fire is fully up by noon. That's why lunch has to be full and heavy, while the breakfast light. ...
