How to prepare Indian style salmon fish curry specifically Andhra style. Without coconut recipe.
Ingredients & Recipe
1. Add oil to a pan and heat
2. Fry salmon (500 grams). While frying, sprinkle salt on both sides and make sure to fry on both sides.
3. Transfer the fried salmon to a separate bowl.
4. Now, add 2 chopped medium onions to the same pan in which you have fried salmon.
5. Salt
6. Fry until the onions turn golden brown
7. Ginger garlic - 1.5 table spoons. Fry for sometime.
8. Add 2 chopped tomatoes and fry for sometime.
9. Turmeric - 1 tea spoon
10. Chilli powder - 2 tea spoons
11. Coriander - 2 tea spoons
12. Jeera powder - 1 table spoon
13. Fry for sometime and water as required
14. Cook for sometime with lid on
15. Add fried salmon and mix gently
16. Cook for 10 minutes with lid on
17. Mouth watering salmon fish curry is ready. Enjoy it hot with white rice, roti, bread, dosa, naan or parata.
