TAMA KO ACHAR | BAMBOO SHOOT PICKLE | HOW TO MAKE BAMBOO SHOOT PICKLE
Bamboo shoot pickle and soup are popular Burmies (Myanmar ) Nepalese community. I still remember, i used to watch how my mom used to prepare pickle out of soft bamboo shoots. I really loved the pickle she used to prepare though it was a bit more sour than the usual packed pickles but the ingredients she used was very simple and easily available.
First thing first you will need Bamboo shoot if you are in Napal, India, Burma or any south Asian country fresh bamboo shoot are easily available but if you are in western countries you will have to buy tinned.
Ingredients
Bamboo shoots (TAMA)
Cumin Powder
Mustard Powder
Oil
Chilli Powder
Salt
follow the instruction as in the video and put it in air tight jar
and leave in the sunlight for about 2 days and then,it is ready to be served.
