In this double bass drum lesson, I’m telling my own way to increase the endurance of the feet. As I mention in the video playing with pedals between half an hour – 1 hour is very ideal time to push the limits of your body. And it’s not so important what you are playing upperside with drumsticks, play anything you like, or stop a while and play nothing with the hands while the feet are playing. Mainly consantrate to your feet. Choose the metronome which you can play at least half an hour consistently without any stopping!

Bu davul dersimde, ayak dayanıklılığını arttırmak için kendi çalışma yöntemimi anlatıyorum. Dayanıklılık için videoda da belirttiğim gibi vücudun limitlerini zorlamak için yarım saat – 1 saat arası aralıksız bir çalışma en ideali. Bu çalışmada üst tarafta baget ile çaldığınız şeylerin bir önemi yok, ne isterseniz çalabilir, hatta ayaklar devam ederken üst tarafı kesip bir şey de çalmayabilirsiniz. Öncelikli olarak ayağınıza konsantre olmalısınız. Ve en önemlisi hiç durmadan en az yarım saat boyunca çalabileceğiniz bir tempo seçmelisiniz!

En esta lección de bombo doble, os diré mi propia forma de aumentar la resistencia de los pies. Como lo explico en el video, tocar con los pedales entre media hora y una hora es el tiempo ideal para forzar los límites de vuestro cuerpo. Y no es muy importante lo que estéis tocando en la parte superior con las baquetas, tocad lo que gustéis, u os podéis detener un rato y no tocar nada con las manos mientras los pies tocan. Principalmente concentraos en vuestros pies. Poned el metrónomo de una manera que podéis tocar como mínimo una hora y media de manera constante sin ningún tipo de paradas.
