Escape From Tarkov - 4 PMC Takedown

Running the Setup task for Mechanic (15 PMC kills while wearing a Scav Vest, Ushanka and using MP-133 or MP-153) came across multiple players not long after spawn. Unlucky while switching out gear for the task I forgot to put a CMS kit in my loadout. Died later in the raid trying to make my way to extract slowly.
